Ingredients: Calendula, Motherwort, Mint, Eucalyptus, Rose, Lavender, Basil, Rosemary, Raspberry Leaf.
Makes 3-4 steams.
Directions: Bring a pot of boiling water to a boil. Add a handful of herbs, and let steep for ten minutes. Pour mixture into our V Steam Seat. Wrap your legs in a towel, making sure no steam escapes. Sit for 15-30 minutes. Reheat if steam dies. Reccomended 3 times monthly. Use 2 days before your period. Do not use while on your period.

Firstly, the smell alone is very relaxing. I boiled it on my stove and my entire house began to fill with the smell similar to a light herbal tea. Secondly, make sure you test the steam before you sit down, I was so excited I poured the herbs in to the sitz and just sat down (BIG MISTAKE). Lastly, I sat for about 40 minutes and after I could feel the refreshing difference and the pleasant scent that it left. I would definitely buy again.
